We soon become dissatisfied if our environment does not allow us to grow. As a plant dies if the pot is too small, so it becomes easy to stagnate in our relationship with God and others if we aren't actively and intentionally allowing for growth.

"Grow" is the phase in your journey and our vision that allows you to "spring up and develop" in all of the potential that God has placed in you. It is our goal that each member would become greater and greater people of "influence" wherever they go.
